Tieisha Smith serves as the Head of Tech Partnerships, Acceleration and Culture Transformation, building strategic partnerships with leading tech companies, industry alliances, nonprofits and academia, as well as driving the CS&T 2.0 culture transformation and acceleration initiatives across our organization. She is responsible for shaping and leading the TIAA Technology Guild Network to advance technical craft-based collaboration and accelerate innovation, as well as partnering with TIAA India to integrate and globalize best practices and tech culture accelerators.
