No, our tickets are two day access only.

We offer a limited number of student discounts. Please contact hanna.purdy@women-in-technology.com

As a premium pass holder you have the ability to register for 3 workshops. You will receive an email closer to the date of the event containing instructions showing how to select your workshops.

All workshops are first come first served. Please note due to the popularity of our workshops we cannot guarantee your entry in any workshops. We always endeavour to offer repeat workshops and resources where possible.

No refunds will be offered if you are unable to attend any workshops.

You will receive a confirmation email after purchasing your ticket.

We will email you regularly in the weeks leading up to the event. You will receive speaker, content & event-specific information.

Day 1 - 8:00am - 4:35pm (networking reception is from 4:35pm - 5:35pm)

Day 2 - 8:00am - 3:00pm

Registration opens at 08:00 on Day 1 and Day 2 but will be open all day.

We recommend smart casual for the event.

Food and beverages will be available during the event. Dietary requirements including Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten-Free and Lactose-Free will be catered for.

There is a dedicated mothering room onsite. For more information please contact customercare@women-in-technology.com

There will be a first aider onsite. Please notify the organisers or venue staff in case of a medical emergency.

A refund is applicable if you cancel 90 days before the event. Please contact hanna.purdy@women-in-technology.com

Premium Pass holders will have access to the videos of all main stage talks online after the event. You will be informed when video footage is available via our APP.*

*Please note this can take up to 14 days.

This is up to the speaker's discretion. Speakers will share how to receive the slides post event.

Yes, you can allocate your ticket to a colleague. Please inform us if you decide to do this so we can change the registration details on our system.

You will be able collect your event pass on day 1 of the event during registration at the registration desks. There will also be staff available at all times on the registration desk over the two days if you are not able to make it during the allotted time on day 1.

Yes, if you have specific requirements please ensure you email customercare@women-in-technology.com, however all vendors will cater for all dietary requirements.

Unfortunately due to the sensitive nature of some of our workshops, these sessions will not be recorded.
We will aim to repeat popular sessions where possible and or provide the materials with the speaker’s permission.
