Claire Waters is a senior manager on the Product Content Experience team at Cloudflare, where she leads a team of technical writers who support Cloudflare’s developer-focused and zero trust security products. She’s passionate about helping users be successful with products and translating big ideas into reality by defining goals and achievable milestones. Prior to joining Cloudflare, Claire worked as a technical writer, business unit content manager, and customer experience lead in the test and measurement industry.
