Starting her career in big tech at Google, she has a proven track record of managing consumer facing products and product lines with over 100M active users. Her contributions merited the prestigious Founder Award, by YouTube co-founder Chad Hurley, underscoring her impact during her tenure at the forefront of YouTube's evolution.

Poppy has more than 16 years of experience in product and technology management & she attributes her success to establishing strategic partnerships, harnessing diverse teams' expertise and best practices to achieve collective impact.

Poppy Coutinho is a champion within and outside T-Mobile & strives to bring diversity and equity to everything she is part of. She was a key leader in inspiring middle school students to pursue STEM fields through T-Mobile’s Code Day initiatives. She is a mentor and leader within the technology DE&I communities.
