Peggy is the Associate Dean and Director for IT Management for the School of Technology at Western Governors University. She joined Western Governors University in December 2015 and has held various roles, including Program Manager for Software Development, Senior Manager for Data and Software, and Operations Director for Software and Data.

Peggy brings 20+ years of experience in technology leadership to her WGU role, having served as the Chief Information Officer and the Director for the Department of Information Technology at the St. Johns River Water Management District and as a Vice President for Technology for Community First Credit Union in Florida. Before entering the business world, she was an information technology professor and later a college dean for Florida’s Community College system.

Outside WGU, Peggy is active in her community. She has been a Rotarian since 1992. She is a Past President of the Rotary Club of Palatka, a past Area Governor, a Paul Harris Society member, and a Major Donor. She is currently a member of the Rotary Club of Orange Park Sunset. When she has time to relax, she enjoys ballroom dancing and walking on the beach.
