Mona Mortazavi has over 12 years of experience in project and program management, and process improvement across finance, supply chain, engineering, human resources, compliance, and customer operations. As an MBA graduate with PMP and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certifications, she specializes in leading strategic initiatives, optimizing processes, driving complex decision-making, scaling large projects and programs, and managing cross-functional teams. 

Mona is a Program Leader at Cash App, one of the fastest-growing digital payment platforms globally, and leads a team of Program Managers to ensure operational readiness and strategic alignment between Cash's Customer Operations and Support Product organizations. Previously, as a Program Manager within Google's Engineering PMO, Mona successfully built and led a multidisciplinary team to deliver a portfolio management intake and software development lifecycle tooling solution for Finance and Engineering. Prior to her time at Google, Mona headed a global outsourcing program at Block (parent company to Cash App) as a Program Manager within the Compliance Strategic Operations organization.

Prior to these roles in tech, Mona worked at multiple Houston-based companies in the Energy and Environmental industries - Direct Energy & Waste Management, where she led large, transformational initiatives focused on process streamlining and systems implementations. Mona lives in Houston, Texas with her husband, Dustin, and son, Adam.
