Scope: Within my role I lead the strategic planning of various Core IT functions including Global Service Desk, Workplace Support, Digital Events, Office of the CEO support, Global IT Asset Management, Global CAE Customer Care (Digital Products) ensuring their operational efficiency. I represent IT in a variety of cross-functional committees and initiatives worldwide as well as lead the Global Women in Tech Program; spanning multiple streams including Cyber, Information Technology & Digital Engineering as well as Engineering.
Background: I started in customer service 15 years ago and have been managing IT teams and programs for the last 9 years. Ranging from new client implementations, new business service implementations, service globalisations as well as rehabilitation of operations. I have a multidisciplinary experience working in the Information Technology, banking, Fintech, Telecom and Payment processing industries which give me a particular versatile set of skills and competencies. I specialize in operational efficiency, customer experience and support services. I have diplomas in Business administration, IT Workflow Management and International humanitarian development and cooperation.
