Deanna currently serves as Vice President of Enterprise Architecture & Incubation at Canadian Aviation Electronics Ltd. (CAE) where she has has spearheaded ground breaking initiatives that have redefined the organization’s technological capabilities. Under her leadership, CAE has generated $22M in AI development revenue and achieved $6M in process efficiency gains. Notably, she pioneered the development of cutting-edge VR applications, including a top-flight training app that became Apple’s most prominent demo globally. These efforts have positioned CAE at the forefront of sustainable aviation innovation, contributing significantly to the company’s growth and industry standing.
Before joining CAE, Deanna served as Vice President of Enterprise Architecture at Schneider Electric, where she directed a global team across a 160,000-employee organization. In this role, she oversaw a $400M+ project portfolio and led the consolidation of 82 ERP systems into two global platforms, resulting in over $12M in annual cost savings. Her expertise in enterprise architecture was pivotal in driving tech debt reduction and enhancing defense systems architecture, which yielded an additional $20M in annual revenue potential.
