Danesha’s background is a reflection of her industry experience and operational knowledge. Over the past decade, she has held various roles within Marsh, in both client-servicing and operational capacities, and has a wealth of expertise in advancing client and colleague engagement.

In addition, Danesha is an active board member on the US Diversity and Inclusion Council, US African Heritage Colleague Resource Group, and National African American Insurance Association, Los Angeles chapter. 

Prior to joining Marsh, Danesha held various leadership roles at global firms focusing on operations, finance, risk management, and sales. In addition to her decades of insurance industry experience, she is also a US Military Veteran serving in the US Army for 8 years active duty. While serving in the US Army, she studied/majored in Business Administration at University of Redlands.
