Courtney is an accomplished marketing leader with extensive expertise in creating and executing high-impact public relations and marketing strategies for both B2B and B2C brands. With a proven track record of driving measurable results, she has spearheaded innovative “out of the box” integrated marketing campaigns across diverse industries, including tech, telecom, and data centers. In addition to leading JSA’s marketing and JSA TV departments, Courtney also oversees JSA's publishing division and in doing so has worked with sustainability thought leaders in digital infrastructure from around the world on the development, publishing and promotion of the Amazon bestseller Greener Data book series. Before taking the helm of JSA’s marketing department, she served as a long-standing Account Director, where she worked closely with some of the company's most prominent clients, delivering transformative marketing solutions that elevated brand visibility and business growth.

Courtney launched her career in public relations at Anheuser Busch Adventure Parks, where she honed her expertise in campaign management, media relations, and strategic communications. Her early achievements include spearheading collaborative event series with iconic brands, including Pepsi, World Wildlife Federation and Sesame Street, and representing the company on national media tours, including accompanying company representatives for an appearance on The Tonight Show. Her innovative thinking and leadership later earned her executive roles with global franchise restaurant brands, where she led large-scale marketing campaign rollouts and developed comprehensive local marketing solutions. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and a Master of Business Administration with advanced concentrations in marketing strategy, management, and entrepreneurship from the University of South Florida.
